Provider Classes Offered:

  • ALF (Assisted Living Facility): a residential setting that provides personal care and supervision for adults who may need help with daily activities.

  • ICF/IID (Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities: 24-hour residential services for individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.

  • HCS (Home and Community Support Services Agency): Provides in-home care and community support services under Medicaid waiver

  • RTC/GRO( Residential Treatment Facility): provides therapeutic care for individuals with severe emotional or behavioral challenges, while GRO typically refers to Group Recovery Organizations or groups that facilitate recovery for individuals dealing with addiction or mental health issues.

  • Tx Hm L (Texas Home Living): is a program designed to provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Texas. It aims to support individuals in living as independently as possible while staying in their own homes or with family.
